We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Prostaff Holdings as a Key Accounts representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key account customers within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supplying them with a range of specialty pharmaceutical raw material ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers, conducting regular customer visits and providing technical support on pharmaceutical specialty raw material ingredients.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, increasing margins and profits with the assigned area, and regularly reviewing market trends and surveys to align key account strategies.
- Account Management: Develop and manage key account customers, establishing and achieving monthly and annual budgets, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of sales information and the company's product offerings, providing technical support to customers to grow customer confidence and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A pharmaceutical or biochemistry degree is preferred but not essential. We are happy to consider a salesperson who is calling on doctors or a pharma graduate with no sales experience who is keen to move into a sales role. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
