Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and potential impacts on the business.
  2. Information and Business Advice: Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving complex queries and enabling informed decision-making.
  3. Document Preparation: Develop and edit materials for diverse audiences, tailoring tone and content to meet specific needs and expectations.
  4. Insights and Reporting: Contribute to reporting strategies and lead execution of complex reports, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Insurance Level IV qualification.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • 5 – 8 years' experience in Underwriting and leading a team of Portfolio Managers.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in insurance sales.
