Job Overview

The Broker Service Consultant will be responsible for managing and growing relationships between Discovery Corporate & Employee Benefits and all stakeholders, including brokers, employers, and employees. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the employee benefits and retirement funds industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and Maintain Relationships
  • Solve Problems Efficiently
  • Present Installation Packages
  • Present Administrative Changes
  • Monitor Progress and Feedback
  • Arrange Meetings and Courtesy Calls
  • Regularly Visit Brokers and Clients
  • Represent the Retirement Fund Business
  • Present and Review Administrative Reports
  • Assist Brokers and Clients with Web Functionality
