Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in an in-house environment.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Experience with headhunting methods and tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
• The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
