This role reports to the Head of Performance & Projects. As a Category Growth Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a social media paid content strategy that supports Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc's Marketing objectives.
  2. Running, optimizing, and managing Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc's performance channels with a core focus across Paid Social, reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Liasing with other departments to direct marketing priorities that enable business success across paid social & other paid media channels.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with commercial partners and advising on best practices across performance and organic media channels.
  5. Developing & executing Paid Social Media strategies for key business categories.
  6. Working closely with the Social Media Manager to align organic & paid strategies across social media.
  7. Executing all commercial paid campaigns as booked by the Advertising or Retail Marketing teams.
  8. Implementing campaign strategies, including A/B testing across all performance marketing channels.
  9. Managing campaign sets across various channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and platforms (web + app).

To succeed as a Category Growth Manager, you will need:

  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • A strong problem-solving and solution-orientated mindset.
  • Attention to detail in all levels of campaign management.
  • E-commerce experience.

In order to apply for this position, you must have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a campaign manager role.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, DoubleClick.
  • Experience on Google Ads platforms including Search, Shopping, Discover, YouTube, and App Campaign.
  • Experience on Social Platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok.
