**Role and Responsibilities**

The successful Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in script validation, counseling patients, and supervising pharmacist assistants to meet the department's objectives. This includes reducing delivery time to patients, eliminating low-value tasks, and improving operational efficiency.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

  • Reduce delivery time to patients without compromising volume and error levels
  • Eliminate low-value tasks such as redeliveries and re-do's
  • Minimize same-day and overnight deliveries
  • Improve operational efficiency by adhering to SOPs and meeting daily targets

**Requirements**

  • BPharm Degree
  • 2-3 Years of experience in a Pharmacy environment
  • Registration with the SAPC
  • Solid business analysis skills
  • Process drive
