Personal Assistant to Executive Leadership

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to Executive Leadership to join our team at Mirror Images. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our executive leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all correspondence, calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, prepare and edit documents, and process invoices, expenses, and other administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, arrange meeting logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage the CEO's personal appointments, plan and arrange meals, and provide support and assistance to the Executive Assistant with events and management meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with international travel coordination and visa processes is an advantage, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment.
