Job Opportunity: Senior Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Chef to join our team at On Line Personnel.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a large team of chefs in a fast-paced, family-style restaurant environment

* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to maintain consistency and quality

* Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menus

* Train and mentor junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards

* Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* Qualified Chef with experience in a large restaurant environment

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen

* Passion for cooking, food, and presentation

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and menu items

* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

* Constant training and development to maintain consistency and improve skills
