Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve enterprise business processes, ensuring seamless implementation and successful adoption.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating design workshops and conducting end-user training to ensure effective process communication.
  3. Presentation and Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executives, highlighting process optimization opportunities.
  4. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Process Engineering, with expertise in Enterprise Business Process Management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate design workshops and conduct end-user training.
  • BPMN and Process Mapping Tools: Familiarity with BPMN and experience with process mapping tools like Aris.
  • Agile Methodologies and Tools: Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Business Process Transformation: Exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies.
