**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Coach to join our team for our transformational retreats. As the Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our clients in achieving mental, emotional, and physical well-being during the retreats. Your expertise in wellness practices and your ability to foster a nurturing environment will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' transformative journey is one of profound growth and renewal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate group and individual wellness sessions, including meditation, yoga, mindfulness practices, and other activities that promote relaxation and self-awareness.
- Conduct wellness assessments for participants to understand their individual needs and goals for the retreat.
- Offer personalized coaching and support to clients on their wellness journey, helping them identify and overcome personal challenges.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and retreat leaders to integrate wellness activities into the overall program seamlessly.
- Create and lead workshops and seminars on various wellness topics, such as stress management, self-care, and resilience.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where clients feel supported and encouraged to explore their inner selves.
- Provide resources and tools for clients to continue their wellness journey beyond the retreat.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a wellness coach, life coach, or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong background in various wellness practices, including meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to coaching.
- Knowledge of holistic well-being and a commitment to promoting mental, emotional, and physical health.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging workshops and sessions that cater to diverse needs and skill levels.
- Formal training and certification in wellness coaching or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
