Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to manage and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 support, providing in-depth troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service excellence to support both hardware and software environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolution, system administration, networking and infrastructure, incident and problem management, technical documentation, and customer support and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution:
    Investigate and resolve escalated incidents, including complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • System Administration:
    Manage user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Networking and Infrastructure:
    Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
    Prioritize, document, and resolve tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
  • Technical Documentation:
    Create and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Customer Support and Training:
    Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 support staff.
