  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead indirect teams by providing context, setting performance standards, and educating on process.
  • Manage quality of delivery in line with predefined quality standards, procedures, SLAs, and project plans.
  • Implement governance and compliance procedures and processes to identify and manage risks.
  • Contribute to project budget development, control, and reporting to meet project objectives.
  • Assist with change management plan creation and implementation to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Compile and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance with agreed project procedures and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong agile and scrum skills.
  • Ability to work with senior management to prioritize projects and create project roadmaps.
  • Strong coordinating and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work with multiple business units.
  • 3-5 years of experience in wealth and investment management or insurance space.
  • Familiarity with new product development life cycle.
