Accounting Services is seeking an experienced administrator to join our Insolvency and Business Rescue Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling liquidations, business rescues, and sequestrations. Key responsibilities include:

* Handling liquidations, business rescue, and sequestration matters from commencement to finalisation

* Preparing documentation for liquidations, sequestrations, and business rescue

* Lodging documentation at the Masters Office and CIPC

* Convening creditors meetings and compiling necessary documents

* Attending creditors meetings at the Masters Office

* Preparing meeting reports and drafting liquidation and distribution accounts

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is negotiable and will be based on qualifications and experience.
