Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner for an agri-retail company. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning the demand for services, ensuring that the company has the right resources in place to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Accurate Demand Forecasts
    • Utilize historical data, market trends, and sales input to create accurate demand forecasts.
    • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy to make adjustments as needed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment on demand planning.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to demand fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
  • Process Improvement
    • Continuously improve demand planning processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience
    • Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis Tools
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
