Financial Operations Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately managing and processing financial transactions, invoices, and payments in our accounting system. This will involve handling all finance-related paperwork and general administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data entry.
Accounting DutiesYou will assist with daily accounting duties such as journal entries, bank statements, and financial reports. Additionally, you will perform regular reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
Requirements- Education: A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is essential.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel) are required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment, is preferred.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and time management skills.
