West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Cape Town depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the depot's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and implement daily duties and tasks
  • Conduct quality control and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Plan and coordinate mechanical jobs and services
  • Make informed decisions regarding breakdowns and customer complaints
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Manage client relationships, both locally and internationally
  • Administer petty cash and credit card transactions

  • Able to motivate staff and work with minimal supervision
  • Quick problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Hands-on and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with others
  • Valid Code 8 License
  • German, French, or Dutch language proficiency an advantage
