As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the Cape Town depot being workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, implementing workflow strategies, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

**Salary**: R24,000 Per month.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Organising and implementation of day today day duties
- Checking and Quality control of campers and other services rendered.
- Planning and co-ordinating of all mechanical jobs.
- Decision making regarding breakdowns, unhappy clients etc.
- Walk in client service, sales etc.
- Client liaison, local and international.
- Petty Cash and Credit Card administration.
- General administration functions.
- Contract and camper delivery and returns.
- Shopping contents, cleaning, stationary etc.
- Secretarial work, job cards, quotations, invoicing etc.
- Licensing and registration.
- Second-hand sales administration
- Staff Control and management.
- Reception duties on occasion.
- Deadlines to be met at all times.
- Weekly reporting to head office.
- Ensure that you can always be contacted.
- Ensuring good communication between branches.
- Lease agreements of leased units.
- Weekend, Public Holiday and Overtime Work.

**Key Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Management of sub-ordinates - Discipline, performance, planning, co-ordination etc.
- Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and E-Mail)
- Able to motivate staff and complete tasks with little to no supervision
- Ability to deal with and resolve problems quickly and effectively and adapt to a changing environment
- Must be hands-on and self-motivated
- Must be able to work independently and have good people skills, weekends, overtime and be flexible.
- Must be able to work with deadlines and work under pressure.
- Valid Code 8 License
- German, French, or Dutch language literate an advantage.
