- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and OEM-specific requirements.
- Perform verification and validation of implemented improvements and new product launches.
- Conduct layered process audits and support area audit findings.
- Enhance internal supplier performance to improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain control plans and serve as a member of the FMEA cross-functional team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics and Science as subjects.
- Certificate in Quality Assurance.
- Quality Assurance Diploma or Engineering Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years in OEM manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of IATF 16949, Automotive core tools, and OEM-specific requirements.
- Good understanding of Statistical tools and indices.
