Job Overview:
This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing service requests, and providing IT support on a level 2 upwards basis. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service request queue, assisting with software security issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Key duties include handling complex software-related work incident requests. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring, but you will never be bored

To succeed in this role, you must be a nice person who enjoys learning and having fun. Your interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, should be above average to effectively interact with internal users and blue-chip clients. You will bring IT administration experience, a solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, desktop operating systems, and ticketing systems experience. We will teach you everything else

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply your knowledge and experience in issue logging and resolution.
  • Help address and resolve desktop security threats to maintain our systems' security.
  • Resolve service requests promptly, adhering to our highly professional SLAs.
  • Participate in meetings around R&D, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • A+, N+, MCSA certifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT administrator role, with experience in administering Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Skilled in installing desktop operating systems and supporting Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and work scheduling.
