**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and manage conveyancing documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the preparation and lodgment of transfer and mortgage documents, maintaining compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage client communications, including updates and appointment scheduling, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records, utilizing Lexis Convey for case management and documentation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, estate agents, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Lexis Convey, with the ability to utilize its features for case management and documentation.
