Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a technology-related field (PhD preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a faculty or group of academic experts (7+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead academic teams, manage program delivery, and maintain high academic standards.
  • Strong research background and the ability to contribute to publications and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both academic staff and students.
