Conduct risk assessments and design risk mitigation measures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Align, maintain, and manage systems as it pertains to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Develop all required documentation, operational checks, and reports for SHE to ensure regulatory compliance and performance monitoring.

Ensure management systems comply with legal and other requirements, including corrective and preventive measures to prevent non-conformities.

Monitor SHE Representatives in executing their tasks to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Establish and maintain the SHE inspection and audit schedule to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide improvement proposals from non-conformances, including the proposed corrective action, required resources, and plan of implementation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Train personnel and contractors on implementing the SHE Management System to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Ensure all incidents (including near misses) are recorded and investigated to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate and report on investigations of incidents and near misses to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Liaise with Department of Labour as and when required to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.

Follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented and reviewed to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance.

Ensure all reports to regulators are submitted on time and in full to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.

Maintain the key indicators of SHE performance for the site to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations to ensure compliance and safety.

Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.

Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting, safety, and emergency response equipment to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Ensure that operations employees, contractors, and site visitors receive SHE induction to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Prepare written monthly SHE reports, statistics, and presentations related to performance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Chair safety meetings with SHE reps and prepare minutes of meetings to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular fire prevention and SHE inspections with findings documented and reported to management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain all registers and checklists to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Maintain good housekeeping on site to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
