Duties & Responsibilities

Key Activities Include:

  1. Process van sheets and internal documents accurately and efficiently to the satisfaction of the Van Sheet Controller.
  2. Ensure timely completion of previous day's tasks by 11:00 AM the next morning.
  3. Maintain good working relationships with drivers and assist on driver queries related to their van sheet.
  4. Finalize recon for drivers/IDCs on time and ensure accurate signatures from both parties daily.
  5. Immediately report any pricing discrepancies to responsible personnel and the Van Sheet Supervisor.
  6. Scan PODs (Invoices and external documentation) daily on Capisol and clear the queue.
  7. Record credit note numbers on relevant claim documents.
  8. Match claims with corresponding credit note numbers before proceeding with daily tasks.
  9. Verify payment processing and display on the front page before printing driver van sheets.
  10. Adhere to company disciplinary codes and take necessary steps when required.
  11. Resolve outstanding POD queries daily and process on-time, accurately, and within standards.
  12. Tick off Syspro's Invoice register daily.
  13. Evaluate route quantities per Van Sheet against dispatch quantities.
