Job Description
- Main Responsibilities:
- Catalog Creation Support: Provide support for catalog creation, listing products, and shipment-related issues.
- Case Management: Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints.
- Partner Training: Guide partners for completing onboarding formalities and train them on internal tools.
- Catalog Coordination: Coordinate with partners and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging.
- Content Review: Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines and coordinate with the internal team to fix issues for better customer experience.
- Process Documentation: Document processes and regularly update existing SOPs.
- SOP Review: Review and suggest SOP changes if any, based on input from Business Managers.
- Daily Reports: Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Catalog Quality Improvement: Work with key internal stakeholders to improve catalog quality at creation, while providing a self-serviced and user-friendly experience to our partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Process Creation Experience: Experience in process creation and improvement is necessary.
- Excel Proficiency: Experience with Excel: ability to process and analyze data on a daily basis is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Back Office Operations Experience: Experience in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments is preferred.
