About The Role
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations across various functions.
Responsibilities:">Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, maintaining and updating office records, documents, and files, supporting reporting on business performance, tracking KPIs, and organizing data, managing daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, handling client communication, and providing customer service support as needed.
