Career Circuit is seeking a Business Process Coordinator to join our RCT Cloud team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an operations and/or support environment, with at least 2 years of managing an operations environment. A technical qualification is recommended but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a team, manage time, prioritize tasks, plan, and organize. You should be able to learn independently, work under pressure, and maintain sound technical knowledge on Rectron's MS cloud & software solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft licensing and order processing protocols is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business processes, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service. You will also engage with the finance team to identify financial risks amongst the partner base and define operational processes driving faster turnaround times and promoting ease of doing business with Rectron.

In addition, you will be required to run monthly reporting for the business unit, including reconciliation and profit and loss analyses. You will also work with the business unit to build reports as required to support the business.
