Key Accountabilities
  1. Business Strategy Execution: Translate and execute site business strategy at the operations level.
  2. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  3. Maintenance and Reliability: Lead maintenance scope definition, planning, and control of plant/systems outages and major shutdowns to ensure optimum performance.
  4. Asset Management: Ensure that operations assets are maintained through the application of asset management systems with suitable strategies.
Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSc/Beng) or a BTech in Engineering, with relevant experience in the Petrochemicals/Petroleum Products Terminal Industry and management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
