Human Resources Advisor at Ideal Candidates

  • Key responsibility is to assist the organization with all pertinent HR issues
  • Support the hiring and selection process by employing the suitable and sanctioned methods to fulfill the talent needs of the organization
  • Ensure HR records and employee documentation are maintained accurately and are current
  • Facilitate disciplinary and grievance procedures to uphold fair practices and substantiality
  • Evaluate HR metrics (e.g., exit feedback; disciplinary proceedings) and deliver insightful and value-added reports
  • Offer HR assistance to both management and staff
  • Enhance the value to line management by aiding them with performance coaching and evaluations
  • Reinforce the organization's vision, mission, and values through organizational development initiatives
  • Coordinate employment equity committee activities and initiatives to ensure adherence to the company's employment equity strategy and legislation
  • Demonstrate commitment through actions to foster constructive employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Essential qualifications and prerequisites:

  • Matric (NQF 4)
  • HR Diploma or Degree (NQF 5)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
