**Job Summary**

Profession Hub is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to clients on banking products and assisting in processing electronic files for clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take ownership of client Bank files, ensuring timely processing and providing feedback to clients as needed.
  • Verify file layouts from clients and submissions to the Bank before cut-off times to ensure seamless processing.
  • Identify and communicate with the Bank or technical team to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Produce feedback files as requested by clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Manage system information effectively, ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure client processes documentation is current and compliant with industry standards.
  • Monitor client and Bank limits to prevent any potential issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate or Diploma in an administrative field, such as business administration or operations management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Sound knowledge of the banking and insurance industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • SQL skills, with the ability to design and implement databases.
  • Previous experience in the payments industry is an asset, but not required.
