About the Role

At Abantu Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Administrator to join our team in the automotive sector. This role is focused on providing complete administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend to client requests promptly and in accordance with client standards, promoting customer satisfaction.
  2. Raise and follow up on open quotations in a timely manner.
  3. Provide feedback to the client, operations, and finance team in a timely manner.
  4. Raise and follow up on purchase orders and approvals.
  5. Regular customer visits and weekly meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage all East London Operations Administrators.
Administrative Duties & KPI Responsibilities
  1. Verify the accuracy of billing files from OPS Admin (Technical and Logistics).
  2. Collate Weekly and monthly KPIs for management.
  3. Responsible for collecting information and compiling monthly and quarterly KPI reports for distribution to customers and internal use.
  4. Update KPI efficiency, outsource productivity, and review KPIs for management.
  5. Review and manage data integrity per in-house system (billing reports, etc).
  6. Manage, coordinate, and follow up with clients on monthly quote approvals and ensure compliance.
  7. Follow up with Technical OPS and Logistics Teams for quote approvals and billing submission.
  8. Support Contracts Manager with any exercises, projects, queries, or tasks.
  9. Ensure responsible site spend and management of cost of sales (P&L Support).
