The role of Environmental Manager - Fixed Term Contract is a key part of our sustainability strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and assessing potential environmental risks to Sappi Khulisa.
  • Investigating current impacts of forestry operations on the environment.
  • Directing the implementation of internal and external EIA processes.
  • Providing technical environmental support in the development of strategic plans for Khulisa growers.

Requirements:

  • An MSc degree in the natural sciences or Environmental Management.
  • Registration as Environmental Assessment Practitioner with EAPASA.
  • 5 years relevant experience.
