We are looking for a skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our team at Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing independent group, with excellent growth potential for outstanding achievers. As a Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and profitability of our multi-brand dealership.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales, stores, and admin staff, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance and support where needed.
- Develop and implement budgets and management reports to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Parts Manager in a franchised motor dealership, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Working knowledge of Keyloop/Drive/CDK/Kerridge and IAL or similar systems.
- A proven track record of achieving results and driving business growth.
- A stable work history and contactable references.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer:
- A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
