Job Title: Fitter or Electrician Needed

Ziyana Group is a leading company in the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry, seeking a highly skilled Fitter or Electrician to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines as per supplier manuals, including mould and tool changes. They will also ensure proper setup and maintenance of post-burner equipment, monitor equipment performance, and take corrective action if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring high-quality products are produced at expected rates.
  • Maintain equipment, extraction systems, and cooling water systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete job cards before starting maintenance and ensure permits are approved.
  • Maintain production logs, attribute charts, and SPC data.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, management, peers, and subordinates.
  • Perform duties professionally, ensuring quality work that meets customer requirements.

Requirements

Grade 12 qualification

Trade Test (required)

Experience in an automated factory environment
