Administrative Support Manager

TWK Agri has a vacancy available for an experienced Administrative Support Manager within the Financial Services division at Mbombela, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:- Perform administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Financial Services Division, including document preparation and correspondence processing.
- Capture client data and provide general services.
- Assist with drafting reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the team or management.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting related to the Medical department.
- Supervise and guide administrative staff, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations as they relate to administrative functions.
- Provide necessary records and documentation for audits or regulatory reviews.
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative position.
- At least 5 years' experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deadline driven, good organisational and planning skills.
- Hard working, conscientious and energetic.
