  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards, environmental impacts, and quality gaps.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance safety, health, environmental performance, and quality excellence.
  • Providing expert advice and training to project teams on SHERQ matters.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in SHEQ fields. A Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
  • Professional certifications in health and safety or environmental management systems.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in SHERQ management within the construction, engineering, or energy sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing SHERQ strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in risk management practices and techniques.
