Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Maintenance Statistics: Compile and analyze maintenance statistics on a regular basis.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct monthly stock take reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate daily spares orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Fuel Stocks: Monitor fuel stocks on a weekly basis to ensure adequate supply.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store area at all times.

Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Numeracy Skills: Strong numeracy skills, including basic math calculations and data analysis.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Stores Control or Inventory Management is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
