We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Underwriting Operations team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for ensuring that service levels are met across all available channels, identifying and solving problems, and driving service delivery through high-quality and timely turn-around times.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum requirement: Grade 12

  • FAIS compliance
  • Knowledge of the key outputs of the Personal Lines contact Centre
  • Pro-active and reactive underwriting experience
