Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and accountability of the Cape Town Branch, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability in the franchise territory through effective performance management and cost control.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff adhere to company procedures, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze sales and costs, formulate budgets, and develop business plans with and for each CFR.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, adopt Fastway sales and marketing initiatives, and raise customer awareness of Fastway in the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' relevant experience as General Manager or related title in the franchise industry with proven track record displaying excellent commercial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, collaborative, and strong problem-solving skills.
