Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing research projects on labour market intelligence, including:

  • Developing research plans, proposals, and terms of reference
  • Establishing Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs)
  • Producing reports on skills supply and demand in South Africa

In addition, you will be responsible for developing the skills supply and demand projection tool, managing the development of labour market data and post-school education and training systems indicators database, and updating and maintaining the PSET system statistical indicators database.

You will also engage with the national and international community on labour market intelligence and undertake dissemination and advocacy of reports and fact sheets produced.
