Duties/Responsibilities:

  2. Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
  3. Oversee project costing, budget management, and implementation schedules.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  5. Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and project timelines are maintained.
  6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design (a degree in Interior Design or a related field is highly advantageous).
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the interior design industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, as this is our primary design software.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is beneficial, particularly for Cape Town-based projects.
  • Strong rendering skills are an added bonus.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently under pressure and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
