Your Role

You will develop exciting marketing experiences that tell compelling stories, connecting with customers and raising awareness. Lead brainstorms and conceptualisation to bring innovative ideas to life. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create effective solutions across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing experiences that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Lead the craft and art direction of an idea across multiple channels.
  • Provide a clear, focused creative vision to both internal and external partners.
  • Manage external partners to create tailored content for each channel.
  • Inspire and uplift our internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns shine with creativity and innovation.
  • Direct the creation of diverse creative assets, from key art to trailers.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Operations Director to establish and maintain our Tech Stack.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8-10 years' experience as a Senior Art Director.
  • Experience managing a creative team and growing junior-mid team members simultaneously.
  • Award-winning digital work within your portfolio or experience in digital transformation within an agency/team.
