Role Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our Critical Care Float Pool, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. You will utilize your expertise in nursing practices and procedures to make sound judgments and take appropriate actions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for diverse patient populations, utilizing the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and reassessments as needed.
- Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care, including discharge planning, to ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements:
Licensure and Certification:
- Mandatory requirements include current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration, as well as BLS certification, unless ACLS certification is current.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
Schedule Details:
- 12 hour night shifts per week.
- Every 4th weekend and 3rd holiday.
