Job DetailsLocation: Worcester, MA University Campus
Type: On-site (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Part time, 11pm - 7:30am, Holidays - Every Other Holiday, Weekends - Every Other Weekend
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Cost Center: 10020 - 0153 PCA Float Pool
Union: SHARE (State Healthcare and Research Employees)

Major Responsibilities:
- Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes seen in patients.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of a safe environment.
- Assists patients with daily living activities.
- Assists in moving, lifting, and transporting patients safely.
- Maintains patient safety by performing safety checks and utilizing fall prevention strategies.
Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
- Minimum of a high school education or GED.
- Current Basic Life Support or Heart Saver certification.
Experience/Skills:
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English clearly.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm under stress.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work Schedule:
11:00-7:30am, Works every other weekend and every other Holiday.
