We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage procurement activities within our logistics department.

This role involves coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Purchasing Coordination: Coordinate purchasing activities, including ordering, receiving, and paying for goods and services.
  2. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment receipts.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
