Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Productivity: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on the make-up axis as a key driver.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand standards at all times, monitor competitor activity, and stay up-to-date with current industry trends.
  • Stock Management and Store Operations: Execute responsibilities related to stock administration, stock loss prevention, stock level control, and management, and implement and adhere to operating procedures and policies at all times.
Requirements
  • At Least 3 Years of Cosmetics Experience: At least 3 years of cosmetics experience within a retail environment.
  • Advanced Make-Up Experience: At least 3 years of advanced make-up experience.
  • Certificate in Make-Up: A certificate in make-up is compulsory.
