Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our client, a well-established International Manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including corporate and statutory reporting, and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Financial Control: Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including management of stock, debtors, creditors, inter-company and entries.
  • Financial Audits: Manage internal and external financial audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting of goods in transit, trade debtors and debtors accounts.
  • Financial Planning: Implement improvements in inter-company shipments, and manage the month-end process.
  • Financial Review: Process and review monthly journals and accruals, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT and statistical returns.
  • Financial Documentation: Prepare and submit financial documents, including annual financial statements and transfer pricing documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
