Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Architectural Services.
Job Description:The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll input, facilitating payroll reporting, and performing administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of SAP.
Key Responsibilities:- To update all time-recording documents accurately
- To collect and collate earnings and deductions information
- To verify payslips against input data
- To compile monthly reports and statistics from payroll
- To ensure all staff are appointed to the Provident Fund
- To assist staff with pay-related queries
- To maintain knowledge of UIF procedures
- Matric qualification with a post-matric qualification as an added advantage
- At least 2 years' experience in payroll
- Previous experience with SAP is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Data capturing skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Good interaction skills
- Effective communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Honest and reliable
