Senior Associate: Development Debt Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team at TalentCru. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and timeous implementation of approved transactions and proactive management of Business Partners with the view of enhancing portfolio management by focusing on support, value add and growth and optimizing cashflow collection and protection of organisation's interests.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in portfolio management, risk assessment, and business partner relationship management. They should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business partners' financial statements and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance business partner relationships and improve portfolio performance;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and portfolio management activities;
  • Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management on business partner performance and portfolio status;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of business partner interactions and portfolio management activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with a postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration. They should also have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in portfolio management, risk assessment, and business partner relationship management.

In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package, estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
