We are looking for an Account Development Manager to drive regional sales growth through effective implementation of national sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of achievement, preferably including 2+ years of management experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Deep understanding of the On Premise channel and established relationships within the nightlife and HORECA industries.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and engage teams.
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with commercial acumen and awareness.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities, complemented by advanced analytical skills.
  • Adept at adapting to diverse social situations and comprehensively understanding FMCG market dynamics.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in fast-paced environments, with flexibility to accommodate varied working hours.

This position requires significant travel, approximately 70-80%.
