  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills
  • Responsible for resolving non-compliance issues and reporting to senior management
  • Engage with stakeholders, including EXCO, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage risk and focus on reducing costs through efficient compliance processes
  • Ensure clear ITC and credit checks are conducted on all employees
  • Verify that all employees have a clear criminal record
  • Conduct reference checks on all candidates to ensure a strong track record

Requirements:

  • LLB degree or related degree
  • Postgraduate degree in compliance risk management
  • More than 8 years of experience in the long-term insurance sector
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance Risk Management role
